    I would encourage everyone to check out the last link “You Need a Shipwreck.” WOW. I have never read Mark Batterson but am certainly going to more after this. In my life, every time I have ‘cut the lines to the lifeboat’ so to speak, I feel like I am actually living…because I am suddenly aware of ‘dying.’ I once made the decision in Namibia during a meningitis outbreak to continue to serve the community despite the fact that I didnt have my vaccine, and trusted God that he would spare me from the lethal disease even while serving in the midst of it. I have never felt more alive.
